Clucky Treats operates under the laws of the Republic of Turkey. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Products and Orders

Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, as each treat is handcrafted, slight variations in appearance, color, and decoration may occur. These variations are part of the artisanal nature of our products and do not constitute defects.

Placing Orders

• Orders are placed through our website by completing the order form
• Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, not a binding contract
• We will contact you to confirm order details and availability
• The contract is formed only when we confirm acceptance of your order
• We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion

Pricing

All prices are listed in Turkish Lira (₺) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have been confirmed. Delivery fees, if applicable, will be communicated during order confirmation.

Payment

Payment methods and terms will be discussed during order confirmation. We offer the following options:

• Cash on Delivery: Available for Istanbul metropolitan area orders
• Bank Transfer: Payment to our business account before preparation
• Card Payment: Credit and debit cards accepted

For large orders or custom requests, a deposit may be required before we begin preparation.

Delivery

Delivery arrangements will be discussed during order confirmation. Please note:

• Istanbul metropolitan delivery is available for same-day or next-day orders (subject to availability)
• Nationwide shipping uses temperature-controlled courier services
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• You must provide accurate delivery information; we are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the specified address

Cancellations and Refunds

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled free of charge before preparation begins
• Once preparation has started, cancellation may incur a fee to cover ingredients and labor
• Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or credit.

The Clucky Treats name, logo, and chicken-shaped dessert designs are trademarks of our business.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of your order
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
• We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, courier issues)
• We are not liable for allergic reactions if you failed to inform us of your allergies
• Website availability is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted access

Dispute Resolution
