Every Clucky Treat is handcrafted with love and attention to detail. If your order doesn't arrive in perfect condition or doesn't meet your expectations, we'll make it right — no questions asked.

Quality Issues

If your treats arrive damaged, melted, or with any quality concerns, we want to know immediately so we can fix it.

Reach out to us via email at hello@cluckytreats.pro within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your order details and describe the issue.

Share Photos

Please include photos of the damaged items and packaging. This helps us understand what went wrong and improve our delivery process.

We'll Make It Right

We'll offer you a full replacement or refund — your choice. Replacements are prioritized and delivered as soon as possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Before Preparation

If we haven't started making your treats yet, you can:

  • Cancel your order for a full refund
  • Change quantities or flavors
  • Modify delivery date and time
  • Update delivery address

After Preparation Starts

Once we've begun crafting your treats:

  • Cancellations are not possible
  • Flavor changes are not possible
  • Delivery rescheduling may be possible
  • Address changes if delivery hasn't started

When do we start preparation? We typically begin crafting your treats 24-48 hours before the scheduled delivery date to ensure maximum freshness. For same-day orders, preparation begins immediately after confirmation.

What We Cannot Accept

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns in the following cases:

  • Treats that have been partially consumed

    We can only assess quality issues with complete items

  • Issues reported after 24 hours

    Fresh products must be inspected upon delivery

  • Damage caused by improper storage

    Please follow our storage recommendations

  • Change of mind after delivery

    Perishable goods cannot be resold or reused

Refund Process

When a refund is approved, here's what to expect:

We'll email you to confirm the refund details within 24 hours.

Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

Payment

Refund goes to original payment method. Bank transfers may take 5-7 days.

For cash on delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. We'll contact you for your bank details.
